Nairobi Lead representative Johnson Sakaja has been hit with a Ksh.500,000 fine for neglecting to benefit himself before the Senate Streets and Lodging Council on Tuesday.
Sakaja had been gathered by the panel to reveal insight into the advancement of recovery projects across city domains.
“Nairobi City Province Lead representative @SakajaJohnson fined Ksh. 500,000/ – for inability to show up before the Senate Streets and Lodging Board to ponder on Nairobi Recovery Undertakings in City’s homes,” the Senate said in an explanation on X.
